With a focus on comfort, community, and natural beauty, StayKCC can welcome groups of all sizes, up to 700 guests in total.

Stay KCC provides an extensive selection of indoor and outdoor activities that can be booked to enhance your stay. These include a wide selection of nature-based, adventure, art, cultural experiences, sporting, and team-building programs that are designed to inspire and engage.

StayKCC features a range of multi-purpose meeting and event spaces including a 2150-seat auditorium, surround-sound cinema, theatre-style conferencing and a selection of meeting rooms and break-out spaces that can be configured specifically to your school group’s requirements. StayKCC features a full-sized commercial kitchen with onsite catering services available.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, spacious grassed environment that is suitable for a variety of sports and open-aired events.

StayKCC is close to the historic townships of Katoomba and Leura, with Scenic World only seconds away. Other nearby attractions include the Three Sisters, Giant Staircase, Echo Point, Explorers Tree, and The Edge Cinema.

Hartley Centre

Comprising of 12 rooms, 11 with their own ensuite, our Hartley Centre is ideal for a weekend away in the Mountains with friends and family. The centre includes a large meeting room and courtyard for you to enjoy during your stay. Our commercial kitchen allows you plenty of options for self catering, or you can elect to have our expert caterer prepare your meals, allowing you to relax and enjoy the Mountain air. If you need some quiet time then our included flat is the perfect parents retreat, to relax and rejuvenate after a day exploring the Mountains. You will also be able to access our basketball court and oval, and we are next door to Scenic World, and numerous short and long bushwalks. Kedumba Centre

With a sleeping capacity of 75 guests our Kedumba Centre has plenty of space to spread out. Our rooms are dormitory style, with shared bathrooms, but there is also a separate flat if you need some quiet space away from the group. With the dining room overlooking our oval it provides a perfect spot to relax while the kids enjoy the oval space for games. With a large dinning/meeting room and commercial kitchen you are able to plan your perfect menu. If you are looking to be catered for then we are able to arrange for our expert caterer to prepare your meals, allowing you to spend more time with family and friends. You will also be able to access our basketball court and oval, and we are next door to Scenic World, and numerous short and long bushwalks. StayKCC Campground

We open currently subject to some government restrictions Guests will need to follow social distancing guidelines and get tested for COVID-19 immediately if have a fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath. We can only take bookings currently from guests who have received both doses of either vaccine publically available. There is ample space for over 80 guests, however we don’t take reservations for spots and availability is on a first come, first serve basis for powered and unpowered sites. Please call 4780 8222 for availability. Please arrive by 8pm and depart at your leisure.
