Completely wheelchair-accessible, the Heritage Centre hosts an interpretive educational display, video screening and a theatrette hosting quarterly art exhibitions that is also available for hire. Learn about the Aboriginal heritage, local history, flora and fauna of this unique World Heritage region, or browse the store for MTNS Made Australian gifts, eco products and books. A great pit stop on a family day trip; check out the scenic views at nearby Govetts Leap lookout and chat to our friendly staff to find out about walks, picnic areas and lookouts to suit everyone. The more adventurous will find detailed guides and maps for long walks to remote areas located within Blue Mountains National Park. If you are planning a long hike, call into the Heritage Centre to complete a trip intention form and hire a PLB (Personal locator beacon) free of charge.
