Overview
Mayu Kataoka is a Sydney-based Certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Japan Forest Therapy Society and INFTA (International Nature and Forest Therapy Alliance). Her walks and retreat business ‘Forest Minds’ offers therapeutic and mindfulness nature walks known as Forest Bathing or Shinrin-yoku. Mayu is available for personalised and corporate retreats and walks in the Blue Mountains.
