“The first comment visitors make when entering our store is ‘wow, smell the chocolate’. The store is a feast for the eyes, with soaring cathedral ceilings and chocolate delights as far as the eye can see.
“We have an entire table of different varieties of rocky road we make onsite, a huge array of blocks and slabs of chocolate and a glass chocolate counter full of handcrafted individual filled chocolates.”
Josophans’ also has historical chocolate collectables like antique molds and seasonal delights during Christmas and Easter, and the new branded hamper box design features eucalyptus artwork inside the lid, a nod to what makes the Blue Mountains “blue’’.
